Aluri Sivananda Phani Chakravarthi — popularly known as Aluri (born August 12th, 1973) — is an Indian professional with 25 years of experience across the IT and manufacturing industries. He is President of Sundarakanda USA, and has also served as Joint Secretary of Tapasvi and Founder Secretary to Shri Vidyaganesha Samasthanam, along with working as Head of Human Resources for several multinational organizations.

Aluri was born and raised in Khammam, Telangana State. He graduated from Kakatiya University with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, and holds a Master's degree in Marketing, a Master's degree in Human Resources, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification since 1999, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI, where he has been an alumnus since 2014.

Before founding Sundarakanda, Aluri worked at a non-ferrous manufacturing company overseeing Andhra Pradesh, Thailand, and Myanmar plants as Head of Human Resources, and worked in the Information Technology industry in several capacities for nearly two decades — hiring close to 8,500 technical and non-technical resources throughout his career.

Aluri has a passion for serving those in need, and carried out many philanthropic activities during the Covid period and in community service, though he prefers not to publicize his philanthropic work.

Aluri also serves as Founder Secretary to Shri VidyaGanesha Samstanam Bhagyanagaram, the one and only Ganesha Peetam in the world.
